Who are we?

We are a team of entrepreneurs who are passionate about events because they have the power to help us collect moments. Events collect moments of joy, of laughter, of awe, of friendship, and of love. With the chaos of everyday life, it is all too easy to start collecting things instead of moments, but not at events! At events, we sit back, relax, and let ourselves get lost in the moment because we trust that we are in someone else’s capable hands. But whose hands?
The hands of the incredible event organizers and event staff working behind the scenes to make sure that we focus on the memorable moments that events create.

Our team wholly believes that Great Events Need Great People, which is why we created a platform to directly connect them to one another. Our goal is to revolutionize the event staffing industry making it more fair, transparent, and user friendly for both parties (pardon the pun).

With our marketplace, event staff and event organizers can find their perfect match in one another. With online performance reviews, posted wage rates, and 24/7 access, the power is back in the hands of those who matter. What does this translate to? Well, by cutting out the middleman (the staffing agency), event organizers can decrease their staffing costs all while event staff increase their hourly wage! Isn’t that a lot more fair than the current system? We think so!

Why are we doing this?

After working in the industry for years, I realized how outdated the current system was. Clients were unhappy, event staff were unhappy, frankly, everyone was unhappy. But no one was doing anything to fix it - and that didn’t seem right! I saw, and, more importantly, experienced the issues firsthand. The frustration is what drove me to find a solution, and memories of my experience are what fuel my motivation every single day.
