Loretta has consistently placed in the top-five sales representatives in Canada for Royal LePage throughout her career. She is an industry leader in Mississauga and Oakville, having sold several of the most distinguished homes and properties in these areas. In addition, Loretta's team has been #1in Mississauga for Royal LePage for the past 20 years. This achievement is particularly notable given that Royal LePage employs over 16,000 sales representatives from coast to coast. Loretta and her team serve Toronto, Mississauga, Oakville, Burlington and surrounding areas.

Recently Loretta was voted #1 Realtor in Mississauga by the Mississauga News, for the 2nd consecutive year. She is also a member of the Leaders in Luxury Advisory Board for 2015 for the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing.

Loretta currently lives on Lake Ontario in southeast Oakville with her husband, Ron. They have four adult children and six grandchildren. Their eldest daughter, Kimberly Phinney, joined the real estate team in 2003. Her son, Michael Phinney, joined the team in 2012 and his wife Anna Phinney is also on the team.
