I'm Mary Legakis Engel. I started The Management Coach out of a deep desire to help people do management better. Management can be a thankless job. It can be complicated. It can also be really hard to do well. I know because I've worked for ineffective managers and I've even been an ineffective manager. I've also worked with some amazing managers. I studied the masters, I learned the skills and I've been showing managers worldwide how to do it better.

I've helped CEOs, executives and managers increase their profits and incomes while continuously engaging their employees. My ultimate goal is to make you a stronger, happier and more successful manager, so you can show others how to be that too.
