About Us:
Berry Gage LLP is a family law firm located in the heart of Oakville, Ontario. Our lawyers, Susan Berry and Marian Gage have extensive experience in family law and chose to form a partnership of complimentary family law services.
Marian is a family mediator, Collaborative family law and an expert negotiator. She helps families work through the issues that arise on the breakdown of a relationship as well as those that arise on a new marriage or cohabitation. She is also a lawyer for the Office of the Children’s Lawyer. She works with the Children’s Aid Society, adoptive parents, birth parents and children in all areas of adoption.
Susan’s practice focuses on the negotiation of separation agreement and litigation of complex family dispute in the Ontario courts. She has extensive experience in dealing the division of high-net worth individuals and high conflict parenting situations.
What drew them together is a commitment to empowering their clients with legal knowledge. Their aim is that each client is enabled make decisions as to how they will resolve their family law disputes, so they can take control of their lives when things seem chaotic and out of control.
Marian and Susan have a deeply humanistic approach to family law and do this work because of their commitment to make people’s lives better. They care about you and want what’s best for you, your children and your family.

Our staff, law clerk Susan Dryden and business manager Fiona Bryan have decades of experience working with family lawyer. They provide excellent administrative administrative assistance to each and every client. By working with Susan and Fiona, clients keep their costs down, but benefit from years of experience and professionalism.
