General information
My personal journey to a fit and healthy lifestyle began in 2012, and became official in the spring of 2014 when I became a Certified Personal Trainer through Canfitpro and continued in 2016 when I became a registered Amateur Boxer through Boxing Ontario.
I am happy to offer one on one training sessions as well as small group fitness classes in both strength/conditioning and basic boxing and boxing conditioning instruction!
