Both beef and bison are dry aged for thirty days from pick up
Custom cut sides and quarters are available
All sausage meats and jerky is made in house by the hands of the workers
Beef roasts are 10% off from Tuesday til Thursday every week
Our prices are comparable! No need for overpricing on wholesome foods
We love Alberta and want to share in local grown foods for healthier bodies.
We are not accepting any wild meat for the near future. Any changes will be updated and made aware to everyone.
