Compass Family Consultants is a small Vancouver, BC based company specializing in educating and empowering families as they navigate the parenting world. There are so many differing opinions and philosophies floating around that it can feel overwhelming trying to figure out what’s right! Here’s a little secret; they’re all right. Each and every child and family is unique. What works for one child won’t necessarily work for another. Our goal is to support you in making educated decisions that fit your family’s philosophy.

Our sleep consultant services do not follow a one size fits all approach. We complete a full assessment of each child’s development, sleep needs and temperament as well as the emotional needs of the whole family. We develop sleep recommendations that respect each family’s personal style and parenting philosophy. Compass Family Consultants does not subscribe to any one method; we customize each approach to best suit your individual goals, needs and comfort level.

Challenging behaviors can arise at all stages of development. Navigating what to do and how to cope with them can be a confusing and frustrating process. We strive to help parents see beyond the behavior and address the root of the problem with compassion and patience.
