General information

Since the early days of Purity, many changes have taken place. In
the 1950s, the company moved to a new plant which has remained
its home ever since. There are now over 50 products, including crackers,
cookies, biscuits, candies, jams, syrups, and salt fish. And still, Purity continues
to flourish, because what has never changed is that same guarantee of

Today, Purity maintains a solid reputation for its manufacture of a wide-range
of high-quality products. These products are readily available throughout
Newfoundland, and during the past few years have become available in stores
all over Canada. Renowned for their distinctive and delicious flavours, the Purity
foods that have become a tabletop tradition in Newfoundland are now becoming
popular right across the country.
