Capital City Luggage began as a repair center for all the major airlines and department stores in Ottawa and the surrounding area. We have become one of the largest independent retail and repair shops in Canada, being awarded "Dealer of the year" by Briggs & Riley Travelware and "Dealer of the year" by Samsonite Canada Inc. multiple times.
