Our daily lunch menu as well as our fresh baked breads, buns, pizza crusts, cakes, pies, sweets and pastries all made on the premises. For cooks there is a selection of pastas, our bread crumbs, our all-purpose flour mix and gourmet items. If you thought gluten-free was just for those who needed it, we guarantee we'll change your mind about wanting it. With our open concept kitchen on site and our selection of food we hope that we truly will convert you over to a gluten free lifestyle filled with joy. We also carry many items that are for dairy free, egg free, and vegan lifestyles.

If you were to try one product: make it bread, a butter tart, a donut muffin (baked not fried - low in fat and sugar), nanaimo, a pie. Not necessarily in that order. made with love.
