We are a family owned and operated business located in beautiful Surrey, British Columbia, and when you choose to purchase your electric bicycle or electric scooter from Cit-E-Cycles you become one of the family not just another sale! From the first time you walk through our doors and are greeted with a warm smile you will be treated with respect, as we are all brothers and sisters of the Earth. We allow our customers to take all the time in the world when picking out their perfect E-Bike. We carry many of the top E-Bike brands from around North America and our customers are free to try out all of our products for themselves before they make their decision. We will always do our best to answer any questions you may have about our business and will never intentionally give you wrong information or try to steer you towards a particular product.

Cit-E-Cycles is a full service shop. We stand behind the quality of our products and we service what we sell. At Cit-E-Cycles we always take the time to carefully inspect every electric bicycle and electric scooter that leaves our shop. Unfortunately, some of our competitors don’t take the time to complete this crucial step and as a result some great E-Bike manufacturers have undeservingly obtained bad reputations for selling poor quality products. Most E-Bike failures are simply caused by loose wire connections which should be a part of every PDI inspection. Just think; where would Honda and Toyota be right now if they didn’t PDI any of their vehicles before delivery?
