The UBC Aqua Society runs a fully operational dive shop headed up by our shop manager and very own course director Brendan Andresen. Contact the shop if you would:
-like to take a course (from an introductory discover scuba diving course to instructor level courses)
-go on a fun dive (we organize monthly club dives where gear rentals are half price and have a large selection of rental gear)
-take a diving trip (we put together an annual trip to the tropics and arrange many charters to different areas of BC, so you can experience some of the best West Coast sites)
-purchase your next piece of gear
The club is overseen by an 8 member executive that sets the direction for through monthly meetings. If you are a UBC student and interested in helping run this unique club, message us about joining the executive team. Better yet, come talk to one of us at the next club dive!
