MRM Proteomics is a leader in providing advanced protein quantification and proteomic services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and diagnostics industries in key areas such as biomarkers discovery/validation, clinical studies, diagnostics and toxicology.

We are specialists in the highly multiplexed quantitation of proteins (100+) in complex biological samples such as blood, cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), urine and other fluids/lysates through the use of Multiple Reaction Monitoring-Mass Spec (MRM-MS) assays using small sample volumes (5-20 ul).

We have 100s of assays developed for human proteins and ELISAs are not available for a large number of the proteins. All of our quantitative MRM assays utilise internal standards consisting of Stable isotope-labeled (SIS) peptides allowing for absolute quantification of protein biomarkers.

Our platform is rapid and inexpensive compared with ELISA development. And offers several significant advantages over other protein/biomarker quantification methods, including HPLC and antibody based ELISA assays.
