General information

Mark is a successful and established trial lawyer in British Columbia and Washington State. Mark has been in practice for over a decade and has appeared at numerous levels of court in Canada and the United States, including conducting bench trials, jury trials, appeals and arbitrations. In addition to his practice, Mark has been published numerous times in areas of law concerning U.S. immigration, civil litigation and has acted as lead counsel in precedent leading cases.

Mark began his legal career by working in Bellingham, Washington. After honing his trial and advocacy skills by regularly appearing in court on a weekly basis, Mark was called to the bar in British Columbia, where he began to focus his practice on cross border litigation and U.S. immigration. Mark eventually became a partner in a cross border law firm in Vancouver, but left that partnership to start Border Solutions Law Group, in May 2013.
