Social media presents a unique opportunity to engage Novolex’s customers, employees, retirees and other key stakeholders. It provides an opportunity to share information about the company, while also fostering a conversation between Novolex and various audiences.

Because Novolex values free speech, we encourage commentary on our social media posts. However, Novolex does reserve the right to remove comments, messages, or user posts that violate its community guidelines, as outlined below.

Posts may be removed for the following reasons:

o Use of language that includes vulgarities or otherwise conveys hate speech, bullying, discrimination, and/or criminal activity

o Includes content that Novolex deems is inappropriate, untrue, spam or libelous

o Disclosure of legally confidential information

o Copyright or trademark violations

o Promotional posts that advertise people, products, and services, or that make solicitations

o Comments unrelated to and/or detracting from the conversation surrounding the original post

o Duplicative comments—only the first comment will be retained

Furthermore, third-party links that Novolex shares through social media do not indicate an endorsement of third-party entities. Likewise, Novolex is not responsible for content shared by said third parties.
