At The Healthy Owl our mission is to serve up food we can be proud of.

Everything is prepared on-site with wholesome organic, fresh and healthy ingredients. We use fresh quality ingredients, replacing much of the fat usually found in baked goods with fruit and vegetable purees, buttermilk, yogurt & egg whites, and whole wheat flour. Our baked goods are prepared without any additives, flavour enhancers or preservatives. Everything you taste is 100% real - and nearly every item on the menu is made from scratch.
Our sumptuous soups, hearty salads and filling wraps are guaranteed to provide a fresh, natural, and healthy meal solution. There are many gluten-free and vegan options available daily.
