Hello! My name is Lara Martens, and I am an RMT. I am a health care practitioner who is passionate about all aspects of health. Exercise, Nutrition, and Prevention Care like Massage Therapy. I love working with clients who take their health seriously, and want to prevent injury.
Putting yourself first is incredibly important in all aspects of your life, and getting regular massages to stay in touch with your body is just one of many ways you can stay tuned in.
I love to do all types of massage, deep tissue, relaxation, sports, injury related, but my favorite to do is Pre-Natal and Post-Natal massage. I am VERY baby friendly, and welcome your baby into the room. I can also do in home massages for women who are up to 6 weeks post partum and having a hard time getting out of the house.

I also offer Doula services such as; labour support, breastfeeding, and post partum support.
