My life-long purpose is helping others grow by applying proven principles of leadership, team, and organization effectiveness. This passion has led me to deliver thousands of workshops, keynote presentations, coaching sessions, team development, and executive retreats over the past four decades.

My enduring goal is distilling all my research, experiences, and best practices into easily understood, highly energizing, and practical applications. Working across Canada, the U.S., Europe, Asia, East Africa, and Australia has reinforced how critical leadership and culture development is to personal, team, and organization performance.

My seven books interconnect organization improvement, leadership development, and personal effectiveness. Since 1996 we've continually worked to make The CLEMMER Group website a high-value destination for practical personal, team, and organizational leadership material that's worth far more than you're paying for it! We have over 300 articles and ten years of twice weekly blog posts indexed by over 30 topics under Organization Improvement, Self-Leadership, and Leading Others.
