General information

Since I made the Region of Waterloo my home in 1989, I have been a leader in the sales and service industry. I began my real estate career with Coldwell Banker in 2002 and received numerous sales awards, including the International Diamond Award and the Canadian Presidential Award.

Since that time, I started working with Re/Max Twin City Realty Inc. Brokerage, which is the #1 brokerage in the Region of Waterloo based on sales volume and transactions. It is here that I created The Dennis Team.

The Dennis Team has been a top 5 team within Re/Max Twin City Realty every year since its inception in 2008. It is comprised of dedicated real estate professionals and who are regarded as very strategic agents whose top priority is ensuring clients feel confident when buying a home or during the selling process. We were named a top 100 team in Canada in 2016.

I am a member of Re/Max Hall of Fame, and received the prestigious Chairman's Club Award every year since 2008, which places me within the top 3% of real estate agents in Canada.
