- fraudulent, deceptive, advertorial or misleading
- excessive, repetitive or spam
- violate third party intellectual property rights
- not family-friendly or
- otherwise offensive in any way, including image, tone, language or context

Northland Mall reserves the right to ban anyone who repeatedly posts material in violation of these guidelines from participating in Northland Mall's Official Facebook Page.
