The company operates with an affiliated company: P.A. Conseils International (Canada) Inc., which English version translates to P.A. Management International (Canada) Inc. These two companies were founded by a group of associates, everyone of them having at least ten years of experience in International Consulting. Their individual experience is also based on many years of professional practice within public and para-public organizations and institutions as well as in the private sector. The head office of P.A. Services Conseils Inc. is in Montreal, it is presided by Nessim Awad, C.A., M.B.A. It has an office in Romania, representation and/or sub-contractors in Gabon, Gambia, Jamaica, Tunisia, Mauritania, Mongolia, Morocco, Kuwait, Tanzania, Zambia, the United Arabs Emirates, etc. It has operated in the following countries: Algeria, Benin, Croatia, Democratic Republic of Congo, Gabon, Gambia, Haiti, Hungary, Indonesia, Jamaica, Kuwait, Mali, Mongolia, Morocco, Niger, Romania, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Tanzania, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Vietnam and Zambia.
