nFORM is a family-run company with over 20 years of experience in residential and commercial construction in the greater Montreal area. We specialize in new residential developments, as well as renovation projects of all sizes. We promote, sell and manage all of our new developments, allowing us to build relationships with our clients and to be continually aware of their needs so that we can exceed their expectations. As general contractors, we also work with clients on their own home renovations. Regardless of the size and scope of the project, our attention to detail and client support remain the same. Quality and unparalleled customer service are the foundation of nFORM.

We have cultivated a team of contractors, designers, and architects that can work with our clients to create their ideal living space. At nFORM we understand that building a home for your family can be not only one of the most satisfying times in your life but also the most stressful. As project managers, we feel it is our job to keep you involved in the elements of design, planning, and construction that will give you that sense of pride, while shielding you from the stress and agrivations that building or renovating your home can create. A main focus of nFORM has always been to keep our clients as up to date and informed as possible. In the last year we have updated our website and created a mobile application to better help us in this area. We now offer each client a “Project Portal”, where they can access any and all information about their home including plans, detailed timelines, progress reports, updated photos, invoices, and much more.
