Please allow me to take this opportunity to introduce Davcon Construction - the latest platform in my evolution as an industry-leading licensed General Contractor in the Montreal-area offering high-end general contracting and project management services in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

I bring my industry experience, technical savvy and vast network of sub-contractors from my time as Founding President of Fine Construction Management (2005 – 2013), providing full time project management and estimation consulting services to medium sized construction companies. Responsible for the estimation and execution of up to $4M in individual project value and approximately $50M in total project value over this time span, some of the projects included highly complex installations, from additional floor extensions in operational buildings to highly secure state-of-the-art server rooms to jaw-dropping high-end retail interior fit-ups.

The growth in general contracting services then pursued for Fine Construction Management - attributed to the company’s ability in retaining repeat customers and being rewarded with referrals on a consistent basis. Due to my hands-on, dedicated and responsive nature in the way every client is treated, relationships have been built through honesty and trust and by providing high quality, timely and cost-effective realizations.

Davcon Construction will not only continue to maintain this conduct of work, but aims to reach higher in offering its clients the most forward thinking product offerings and project management practices in all sectors of the industry.
