Founder, owner and president, Victor Guindi has built a solid reputation as a property manager and a real estate consultant in Montreal. Victor Guindi's priority is to help Montreal property owners maximize their investments while always providing professional and high-quality service.

Victor Guindi began working in the real estate industry in 1974 and has been providing clients with expertise on multi-purpose, residential, commercial properties for almost four decades. Victor Guindi came to Canada in 1967. He received his Certified General Accountant (C.G.A.) designation in 1972. Tavicorp Development Ltd. was incorporated in 1977. Prior to working in the real estate industry, Victor Guindi worked in the auto industry as Secretary Treasurer at a major Ford Car, Truck, Leasing, Service and Parts dealership in Montreal from 1969 to 1974.

Victor Guindi has been actively involved in local and international charities for over thirty years
