Bob has served the Saint John community as President of The Saint John Board of Trade, Vice President of UPTOWN Saint John, Chair of Communities In Bloom, Chair of Saint John Heritage Preservation Review Board, Co-Founder and Vice Chair Touchstone Community School, Canadian Red Cross and many other volunteer activities.

Bob says "As you might know, I have had a life long fascination with real property. Since my early 20’2 I have owned, renovated, improved, restored, redecorated and sold 17 houses in Nova Scotia, Ontario, PEI, and New Brunswick. It has been my hobby. I usually spend my vacation time chasing great neighborhoods and architecture, at least when I 'm not searching for good food and beverage. Saint John has been a complete fascination for me; largely due to the handsome assortment of buildings and their history and architecture. Along the way I've learned how to buy and sell, how houses are put together, and how to see the real potential and get the maximum value in every property.'
