Thérèse completed her Master’s degree in Counselling from the University of Ottawa.
She is a certified member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association and a licensed member of the College of Counselling Therapists of NB.

She has over 17 years experience counselling individuals, couples and families. She has worked in private practise as well as with Family Service Moncton, The New Brunswick Teacher’s Association and with several Employee Assistance Programs.

Thérèse works in both English and French.

Thérèse uses a holistic compassionate approach using techniques such as solution focused and strength based therapy, focusing, gestalt, body centred approaches, mindfulness as well as aboriginal healing techniques.
