By combining top quality, fresh ingredients with creativity and well-honed culinary expertise, founders Simon Kattar and Brian King set out to make food excellence à la Carte's signature.
Creating dynamic, imaginative, professional and functional atmospheres has been an à la Carte strength from the beginning. From Parisian-garden themed parties to environmental summits, à la Carte event planners use style and know-how to fulfill clients' needs while surpassing expectations.
While Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, every Canadian Prime Minister since Pierre Trudeau, Oprah, Elizabeth Taylor, and karl Lagerfeld have all been served by à la Carte, other notables also served include great grandmothers, special uncles, happy couples, and proud parents to name a few.
