General information

Z. Jwan Desai completed her undergraduate degree in Law Ethics and Society from the University of Toronto in 2001. She went on to complete her law degree from the University of Windsor, Faculty of Law.

Jwan has dedicated her entire career to the practice of Personal Injury law. She has exclusively represented individuals who have suffered injury and disability as a result of negligence. She is committed to helping injury victims and their families initiate and successfully resolve claims.

Jwan has extensive experience in claims involving Motor Vehicle Accidents, including Accident Benefits claims. She also represents individuals who suffer injury as a result of slip and falls, product liability and medical malpractice. Jwan has also assisted many individuals who have been denied Long Term Disability benefits, Canadian Pension Plan benefits or Ontario Disability Support Program benefits.

She is passionate about advocating for her clients to ensure that they are treated with respect during the litigation processes and receive fair compensation. Jwan will remain intimately involved in your case throughout the litigation process to provide you with guidance and sound legal advise. Jwan is always there to see that her clients are heard and provided with answers in the difficult times that often arise after an accident and injury. She keeps her clients informed and no call or question unanswered.

Jwan has appeared before various levels of Court, the Financial Services Commission of Ontario, the Labor Board and the Criminal Compensation Board. She is a member, in good standing, of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Ontario Trial Lawyers Association.
