General information

Pat DeYoung - Toronto, ON. Relational Psychotherapy. I provide individual therapy for anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, chronic shame, and other symptoms and after-effects of developmental trauma. I work with those who have suffered loss, and are going through bereavement and grief, and with those who manage emotional distress with addictive substances or behaviours. I offer couple therapy, queer and straight, that facilitates mutual respect and understanding. I offer clinical supervision and consultation for practiotioners in relational practice. I have 25 years of experience with clients from many backgrounds and walks of life. I'm located in the east end of Core Toronto, close to the Pape subway station. I'm a Registered Social Worker and clinical member of the Ontario Society of Psychotherapists.
