Corporate Communications is a marketing firm specializing in the production of Real Estate Presentation Folders. We have proudly served hundreds of Real Estate offices across North America and provided them with their own customized, laminated, legal & letter size Presentation Folders. With thousands of happy realtors, we are the trusted professional printer serving the real estate industry throughout North America.
We offer a variety of products including Home Folders, Home Wallets, Client Portfolios, the Home Vault and Postcards. Our skilled graphics department will customize your folder to include your unique needs and branding such as the logo, full color photo, or any other corporate information that you wish to include. Featured inside each folder, you will find local professionals who cater to residential and commercial clients (Banks, Lawyers, Title Companies, and Home Inspection Services to name a few). All of our work is done in-house and the quality of the final product makes us a leader.
The financing of the folder is generated by the sale of advertising space to these local businesses. In return for your free presentation folders, all we ask of your office is a list of your preferred vendors which we may contact to be a part of the program. Each of your advertisers will also receive a proof of their artwork before the folder goes to print to ensure their complete satisfaction with the finished product. Production of the folders takes approximately 12 weeks.
