TCES was founded in 1978 and has grown steadily over the years to become a specialized employment assessment centre. Throughout the years we have designed programs and services that have helped both men and women.
TCES continues to provide placement services to employers in a variety of industries throughout its 37-year history. TCES placement services and geographic coverage has grown steadily over the years to match the needs of our clients.
Our ability to meet client needs in many areas from Medical, Health care, Administrative Office Work, Accounting, Education, Information Technology, Engineering, Light Assembly, Manufacturing and Retail/Sales are reflective of the diversity, flexibility and responsiveness to current labour market adjustments.
We offer programs that promote access to opportunities that reflect the needs of newcomer women, youth, and adults seeking employment as well as programming and services with emphasis on building skills and strengths. We help people of diverse backgrounds meet their economic and personal goals.
