At Reebok Crossfit Ramsay we believe it starts with delivering results and that’s why for us, the training comes first. It’s not about using the latest trends or gadgets; it’s about providing an energetic, fun and motivating environment where our clients can achieve their goals. It’s all about real work producing real results. Our clients put in the sweat and effort and we provide world class coaching, programming and a good old fashioned kick in the rear now and again to keep people on track. We have stay-at-home-moms, former Olympic athletes, paramedics, doctors and wine experts who train at our gym. We have athletes of all sizes, shapes, ages and fitness levels (we even offer children’s classes!). The common theme is that our clients are willing to push themselves to the limits to find their goals.
