Established in 1964, Devitt & Forand Contractors Inc. is one of Calgary’s well established General Contractors servicing the industrial, commercial and institutional sectors. Our role of Construction Manager or General Contractor is to control the budget; schedule and all on-site sequencing. Coming into the project early on allows us to plan out and implement the sequence of construction, review methods and materials for construction on a timely and efficient basis. We are professionals, skilled in construction methodology, strict quality control and comprehensive safety programs

Our experience is vast and varied, constructing projects ranging from commercial to retail, Institutional, civil, VP pre-engineered buildings, industrial and automotive across southern Alberta.
