I specialize in coaching high potential technical teams who are struggling getting everyone pulling in the same direction.

I bring experience from similar situations in other teams, organizations and industries; up-to-date concepts from continual reading, education & development; a solid understanding of team and organizational dynamics; technical, business and human resources education and experience; an open mind; a sense of humor; and proven processes and techniques. I have been guiding and teaching since I was a teenager. I have facilitated, trained and coached on a variety of subjects – from leadership, strategic planning, interviewing and teambuilding to coaching leaders in communication, strategic thinking, handling change and managing difficult employees. I have long-term relationships with many satisfied clients – over 80% of my work is repeat and referral work every year.
