MPOWERED personal training is offered @ MPOWERED Training Center 227A 2nd ave S. It's a brand new, totally renovated studio with all the bells and whistles that you would find in a public gym. MPOWERED Training Center is 2700sq/ft with a cardio, tanning, private shower/change rooms, towel service, HDTV, nutrition store, and the list goes on. There are no memberships. You pay per session and thats it, no hidden fees or surprises.
