The Taiso Gymnastics Club is a non-profit organization that offers a positive environment to boys and girls of all ages. Gymnastics is an excellent way to improve motor skills, strength, flexibility, and body awareness, but most of all it is FUN! Taiso has one of the best recreational and competitive programs in the country. Our club is recognized as a Canadian National Training Centre and is home to multiple National team members, Commonwealth Games Medalists and 3 Past Olympians.
