With every recruit:
Essence will recruit, screen and refer only the best candidates for each position based on specific qualifications, expectations and environments. We meet with every candidate to ensure we have a fit, and not just a fill. We will then coordinate and facilitate the interviewing, debriefing, detailed referencing and negotiation process. We view our role as being the client advocate for both the candidate and the organization, ensuring that each party is kept fully informed and is treated respectfully through to successful conclusion.
