FLY is a variety focused fitness and dance studio in Regina, Saskatchewan. We believe we have something to offer everyone and encourage you to browse our class and private booking options as well as our flexible payment structure. We strive to create and foster a positive, supportive community that encourages everyone of all shapes, sizes and ages to be the best they can be.

Pole fitness and aerial arts have taken the world by storm! Why? They combine so many aspects of fitness into one discipline! Not only that but it can be tailored to your own tastes. When you add the elements of dance and choreography, it can become sultry, artsy, atheletic, fantasy, or anything you imagine. Aerial arts are challenging and beautiful and that is why FLY Pole & Fitness has chosen to not only offer pole fitness but also pole silks, aerial hammock, and aerial hoop (coming soon!) with the intention of expanding into aerial silks in the near future.

If you have been interested yet uneasy about trying pole fitness, please know that everyone starts somewhere and you do NOT need to be super fit, flexible, or have any fitness or dance experience. Our classes combine static and spin pole, start at a level that will suit most anyone and you progress at your own pace. We start out with the basics.

We believe cross-training is highly effective in reaching your goals, no matter what they may be. We strive to offer a variety of general fitness and specialty classes to suit everyone. Everything from bootcamp style classes to toning/strength building to flexibility to choreography to liquid movement/dance are offered in addition to our pole and aerial classes. With us you can choose your programs based on your preferences and change them whenever you like.
