We are committed to building a national reputation for our region as a creative and business powerhouse, and are firmly rooted in the prairie values of openness, integrity and hard work – just as our founder must have been when he opened Canada’s first advertising agency.
The first agency called McKim opened in Montreal in 1889, with the Winnipeg office opening in 1911. Despite numerous acquisitions and divestitures over 125 years, McKim has had a continuous presence in Canada. Our agency is building on that legacy. We take seriously our responsibility in shepherding this important Canadian institution into the future.
McKim is led by a professional senior management team, most of whom have over 20 years of industry experience stewarding projects and partnerships for Crown corporations; municipal, provincial and federal government organizations; educational institutions; retail; business; and not-for-profit clients.
McKim is independently owned with offices in Winnipeg and Regina.
