WAMCO Homes is a family run business that has grown over the past decade from a father-son partnership developing acreages in Northern BC, to a newly incorporated company that specializes in building residential homes in the Okanagan Valley. Will Monteith and his wife, Katrina Monteith, are leading the company's growth and management while carrying on the family model business tradition. With Will's wealth of knowledge and experience in home design, construction and land development paired with Katrina's business and marketing skills, WAMCO Homes has been building a very positive reputation in beautiful Kelowna, BC. WAMCO Homes promises to ensure each home is designed and crafted out of their own passion and expertise so that each project is of excellent quality and function. Family life is very important to Will & Katrina who welcomed their first child, Josephine, to their family in 2015. “It is our promise that we will help you design and build the perfect home for you and your family.”
