How do you rate this company?
My experience with Richard was nothing short of terrible. Long periods of total silence, I was completely uncomfortable the entire time. After addressing this with him after his reply was that he knew I was uncomfortable. Why a counsellor wouldn't address this during the session is beyond me. He was the worst counsellor I've ever been to in my 15 years of going.
