General information

Clinical counselling for children and adults seeking individual, couples, or family therapy for a wide range of challenges, such as, marital conflict, anxiety, depression, divorce, mental health, substance use, health concerns, domestic violence, parenting, grief and loss. Serving Kelowna, BC and Area.

I use several approaches depending on each individual client. I am trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing), which can be used with young and old to help reprocess traumatic or disturbing events. I also use Relationship Systems and Collaborative Therapy with couples and families. I believe in holistic treatment and I am able to incorporate christian perspectives into counselling for those seeking this to be part of their counselling experience.
