Fees & Rates - All rates are subject to change without updates available on website

Consulting Services : - by phone - free

- in person - $5.00 per hour (Only if consulting takes more than an hour)

Lessons - Available upon request and negotiation of price per lesson

Virus / Spyware Removal

$ 20.00 per hour **

** Rate may change depending on work load **

System Cleanup & Optimization

$20.00 per hour

** Rate may change depending on work load, and amount that has to cleaned up **

Format/Reload Operating System

$30.00 per hour --- Not Busy Rate - Low Priority

$40.00 per hour --- Medium Busy Rate - Medium Priority

$50.00 per hour --- Extremely Busy Rate - High Priority

**NOTE: Operating System Reloading takes normally 4 hours.

-- This includes :

1 hour of Back up minimum but can be longer depending on size

1 - 2 hours of Formatting and Reloading the Operating System

1 - 3 hours of doing any and all updates available (will let you know before this stage)

PLEASE NOTE: IF EMERGENCY SERVICES MUST BE COMPLETED, EMERGENCY CHARGES WILL APPLY!

Retail Services

ALL Items are available to buy but must be paid for in person by cash, credit card, or debit card. Any payments will be presented with a receipt that is signed and date. Please ask about our return policy.

Mastercard, Visa, Debit card (Interact) can now be processed in-person or via phone. A surcharge may apply if Ontario's Eco Fee applies to any item or items on or off the website.

All items must be pre-paid & contract must be signed.
